Matthew from Upside was amazing. I had a very tricky installation, with difficult roof access at my residential unit, and Matthew made it work! I also had a very tight timeframe to get the aircon replaced before other tradies came onsite and Matthew made it happen in the time I had available – even working late into Friday night and on Saturday morning to get the job done! I highly recommended Upside!

Upside did a whole lot for us, New points through solid walls, new air con unit, fixed faulty outlets, installed a ducted exhaust fan and improved some safety for our units. The communication was great, follow up was good, the team are professional, quick and didn't leave any mess behind, even the light carpets were kept clean. Post support was also great. I can recommend upside and would use them again.
