I had Upside Services install a new Actron AIRES system after my old unit failed. I compared three installers, and Upside stood out with clear communication, fair pricing, and a thorough 30-minute home inspection (others only spent a few minutes). Their technician explained all options—Actron Advance vs AIRES, zone controls, Neo controller upgrades—and how the EES scheme affected pricing.

On installation day, Matthew and Tyler arrived early, worked efficiently through heavy rain, and completed the job in one day. They removed all old equipment and left everything tidy.
