Via a referral I was given Matt Romeo’s number and told he is reliable. I messaged Matt and received a reply acknowledging my message and offered some service days and times. My Split systems in an apartment in Waterloo got serviced. I was provided the before and after photos in the service report. I checked with the tenant the next day and the feedback was exceptional. The aircon on heat was working much better. The technician was polite and tidy. I received the invoice, and the price was very reasonable. We have used other air-conditioning companies for our properties in the past, and the service was never this good and we never received photos showing us what was performed. We will stick with Upside Services from now on. Thank you.
