Via a referral I was given Matt Romeo’s number and told he is reliable. I messaged Matt and received a reply acknowledging my message and offered some service days and times. My Split systems in an apartment in Waterloo got serviced. I was provided the before and after photos in the service report. I checked with the tenant the next day and the feedback was exceptional. The aircon on heat was working much better. The technician was polite and tidy. I received the invoice, and the price was very reasonable. We have used other air-conditioning companies for our properties in the past, and the service was never this good and we never received photos showing us what was performed.
