I had Matt replaced my old air conditioner a few weeks ago at a good price, and his team did a great job. Today I contacted Matt as I noticed there are some issues on the cold air and drainage pipe. I had Upside Services install a new Actron AIRES system after my old unit failed. I compared three installers, and Upside stood out with clear communication, fair pricing, and a thorough 30-minute home inspection (others only spent a few minutes). Their technician explained all options—Actron Advance vs AIRES, zone controls, Neo controller upgrades—and how the EES scheme affected pricing.

On installation day, Matthew and Tyler arrived early, worked efficiently through heavy rain, and completed the job in one day. They removed all old equipment and left everything tidy.
