I had Upside Services install a new Actron AIRES system after my old unit failed. I compared three installers, and Upside stood out with clear communication, fair pricing, and a thorough 30-minute home inspection (others only spent a few minutes). Their technician explained all options—Actron Advance vs AIRES, zone controls, Neo controller upgrades—and how the EES scheme affected pricing.

On installation day, Matthew and Tyler arrived early, worked efficiently through heavy rain, and completed the job in one day. They removed all old equipment and left everything tidy.

From quote to completion, their service was professional, transparent, and stress-free. I’ll update later on the system’s performance, but based on installation experience, I highly recommend Upside Services.

I am always slightly surprised when a trade delivers what they promised, but Matt delivered in spades. He helped select the right size replacement unit for our townhouse, which is spot-on and in fact smaller, cheaper and not requiring the electrical rewiring that some of the quotes from big companies were trying to shoehorn me into. This is the beauty about using someone who is independent and not wedded to on company’s fleet of products. He is extremely punctual, does exactly what he says he is going to do and got the job done neatly and efficiently. Highly recommended

I was referred to Upside by another company and I am glad they did. His pricing was very competitive compared to the others quotes that came through and Matt was very patience with me and of course I gave him & his team the challenge by installing the unit on our roof which was not a problem. Highly recommend getting them in and we will be engaging them again when the timing is right to do more electrical would around our house.
